Rode this East-West (from Corinth) over the Labor Day weekend.
The pavement in Preston County (the east end) should be an embarrassment to the state, unless you like the combination of washboarding on a 9% descent.
Once you get further west, it's much better, and you'll have a fine workout through the hills and hollers.
Green Acres Citgo in Hundred (halfway between Morgantown and New Martinsville) is very bike-friendly.

OK, but I just can't let it go.
It's actually a Korean War plane. F-86 Sabre.
And I nearly hit the guardrail too. Great ride!
- PA Rider (8/16/09)
I had a friend, him being a Marine Pilot, look at that plane a little too long and hit the guardrail.
Totaled his machine and broke his ankle.
Beyond that, we rode it out and had a great day.

Very fun road to ride.
Not to difficult..and everyone loves to look up going into a turn and see a WWII jet staring at you.
