Route 32 is accessed off either Route 33 in Harmon, WV from the south or Route 219 in Thomas, WV from the north and offers twists, turns, scenic views, high elevation and runs through the middle of beautiful Canaan Valley, WV.
The area has abundant wildlife, two state parks, the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge and is part of the Monongahela National Forest.
You pass by both Canaan Valley State Park and Blackwater Falls State Park; each offers scenic paved roads.
The Blackwater Canyon and Blackwater Falls are a must see while in the area.
Fall color is incredible; peak season is usually mid October.

Siriannis restaurant in Davis has the best pizza anywhere!
There are two mico breweries in the towns of Davis and Thomas; the Blackwater Brewery in Davis and the Mountain State Brewery in Thomas.
You will find live music every weekend at the Purple Fiddle in Thomas.
There are two great alpine ski areas in Canaan Valley (Timberline and Canaan) and a wonderful nordic ski center with a great cafe (White Grass) if you want to come during winter, although I do not recommend bringing the bikes!
