I used this road as kind of a bypass around part of Route 7 to get to the beltway on my commute for a while.
It pretty much always had traffic, and at least one car that thought it had to take the turns (some posted at 15 mph, admittedly) at 10 mph.
So you never really had the road to yourself.
But most of the time traffic kept moving at a decent pace.
There are no passing zones on this road.
The turns are fun though and it goes down through a valley with a stream at the bottom and past Great Falls Park.
It was always nice to be down in the woods on a twisty road as part of my commute.

Very tight and twisty, with multible switchbacks and elevation changes, plus blind corners for good pucker factor.

Twisty but has become a heavy traveled route.
I use it as a warm up road and practice road, but not a speed road.
Traffic is there at all times.
